Aligned to our focus to provide the best laundry service to our Customers alongside our passion to operate in a sustainably minded way, we believe our deliveries should be within ~90 mins from one of our sites. This helps to provide greater consistency to our delivery times, and limits the ‘linen miles’ that we cover.

We deliberately align our route coverage so that clients are within roughly 90 minutes of one of our processing sites. This strategic limit allows us to guarantee highly consistent delivery times, provide rapid response support, and significantly lower our environmental impact by reducing “linen miles.”

Your account will be assigned to either our Great Yarmouth or Cambridge facility based entirely on geographic logistics to optimize route efficiency. Both sites house identical state-of-the-art processing machinery, meaning you receive the exact same high-quality linen standards regardless of which facility processes your order.
